Excellent presentation on Perpetua! It may be of interest that there is an actual artifact of a Roman libellus (the certificate issued for burning incense to the emperor) at the Hatcher Library, University of Michigan. It dates to about AD 250 and is one of 43 that were discovered in Egypt.
